Our office is open Monday & Friday only. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are telework. We are open from 8:30am-4:30pm everyday except Saturday and Sunday. Steps for Application for a Student Visa or Tourism Visa

 1.Contact us via WhatsApp or email
2. Our Customer Service will schedule a call with you to explain our services and understand what services you are looking for She will then provide you with everything that we need for your application 
3.If you have everything we need, we will explain to you our payment system and start your travel plan process.

Payment process

Client can pay viaMpesa but there is an additional fee in order for us to withdraw money or you can pay cash in our office and there is no additional fee. For anyone outside of Congo, DRC: You can pay via Western, Ria, Paypal, Zelle and Cash app.

1. The Tourism visa is paid in 2 parts. 

2. Student visa is paid in 3 parts
